I love breakfast. My go-to is a bowlful of home-made museli or granola and yoghurt atop with plenty of fruit and nuts, however some days I love making eggs (poached, scrambled, omelette) or porridge or ciabatta from fresh granary breads and adding more exotic ingredients like avocado, pomegranate or spinach. Definitely going to try some baked varieties for the colder months ahead and am going to make a conscious effort this year to get up in plenty of time to make some gorgeous breakfasts. Don't forget the freshly brewed pot of coffee, black of course. Must purchase / make some ceramic bowls, plates and mugs!
There are some really great places in London you can go for brunch + a lush cup of coffee ~ I'll start a recommend list from now on!
